Wash Dry Fold (Clover App) by Avirdis collects Clover order information, Clover customer information and your Clover merchant id from you (the Clover app user). In the course of using the app, Avirdis will collect phone numbers from your customers in order to facilitate order tracking and order management.
Avirdis does not share personal information of any kind with third parties. Avirdis does not allow third parties to collect user information or tracking information over time. Avirdis will respond to any requests to review or change personal information via email at contact@avirdis.com.
When coordinate our privacy policy changes with updates to our Clover app, so that when you download a new version of our app, you are notified on app launch that we have released a new privacy policy.
Because our app does not have a website, Do-Not-Track requests are inapplicable to our application.

DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE FREE FROM DEFECTS AND MAY NOT SATISFY ALL OF BUYER'S NEEDS. Avirdis WARRANTS ALL MEDIA ON WHICH THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED FOR 60 DAYS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE LICENSED "AS IS". BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHALL CONSIST OF REPLACEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION MEDIA IF DETERMINED TO BE FAULTY. THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION MAY NOT BE PROVIDED BY A "BACKUP SERVICE" OR ANY OTHER VENDOR WHICH DOES NOT PROVIDE AN ORIGINAL PACKAGE AS COMPOSED BY Avirdis, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION MEDIA, DOCUMENTATION, REGISTRATION CARDS, AND INSERTIONS.
